Madison Davis is a Bay Area native who grew up watching her father build a successful real estate company and working with her mother as a home stager. She followed the family business and became a licensed real estate professional in 2014. Real estate is in her blood.
She knows San Francisco and the Peninsula like the back of her hand, which makes her an asset as she helps her clients find the optimal city or neighborhood. She is passionate about matchmaking clients with the perfect home and leaves no stone unturned in her quest to find the right property. A fierce negotiator, she advocates on her client's behalf to buy or sell a property at the best price.
Inspired by architecture and design, she recognizes that every home has a story to tell and works diligently to showcase its best qualities to command the highest offers possible. Her background as a home stager sets her apart from other agents because she specializes in preparing homes for the market.
While buying or selling a home can be an overwhelming experience, she works closely with her clients to put them at ease and answer their questions, working to make the process fun and stress-free.
Before her career in real estate, Madison attended high school at St. Ignatius College Preparatory in San Francisco and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Francisco State University. She then worked in consultative software sales for a Silicon Valley tech company, so she understands how to listen to her clients' needs and respond with tailored solutions. In 2017 she founded her staging company, Furnish.
Outside of her real estate career, Madison serves the City of Brisbane as a councilwoman and was mayor in 2019 and 2023. Dedicated to women empowerment, Madison raises tens of thousands of dollars a year in college scholarships for women pursuing degrees in male-dominated fields. She enjoys snuggling her three cats and photography, where she seeks to capture unique architecture, vehicles, flowers, and landscapes.
